H1B Visa Stamping

Hi,

I am working as a power systems engineer. I started working from April 2008 ( My company sponsered my H1 and got it approved in the lottery) and my F1 got converted to H1B from 1st of October. I am going to India in december and I want to get the H1 b stamped in my passport.

Please can I know will there be any rejections for H1B in the interview (in India) though my petition is approved.

Please help me out with this.
