I have a question for you..

Previously I have been given 221(g) for my H1B petition, it stated, " Your employer appears to be providing inqualifying employment, your application is being sent back to uscis for revocation".

The reason was something like the above, please confirm me what exactly could have been the reason, was it with my employer or me?

This year Iam planning to attend with a fresh petition from a different employer, will my previous application have any effect on the present application.
