Options in H1 interview application form

Hi,

I came to US on H4 visa and got H1B this year.now m in US and planning to go to India for H1B stamping on Dec in Mumbai.I got one doubt while filling online appointment application.

There are two options in the application form

1)A resident of India/Bhutan
2)An Indian citizen resident in the US

can you please guide me to select the correct option for me.
