Hi Guys,
I work with a consulting company. I have a H1B visa stamp on my passport that expired on Oct 1, 2008. I got my H1 transferred and have my I-797 valid till 2011 March. I have to go to INDIA next week. So I will have to get my visa stamped. But I recently was laid off from my project. So what should I say when the Visa officer asks: What are you currently working on? Because I have no proof now from my client that I am working for the client company. Please urgent help needed, have a visa interview in 10 days. URGENT suggestions needed...
