  • H1 Payroll Start Date issue

I got my H1 notice from new employer on 6th of October. But My Employer have paid me from 1st of October...I mean in my pay stub it is mention that payroll start date 1st oct and end date 31st oct....

Will it be a problem for my stamping or green card or any other stuff?

    Thanks in Advance.

What do you mean by this? You can begin work the day the application reaches USCIS.

Not an issue. Pay cycles start that way.

          H1 Payroll Start Date issue

          Kumar,

Whats your I-797 containing. There are 2 dates. One is receipt date and the other is notice date. Can you let me know what you are having.

Is the email ack date i.e., 6th oct same as receipt date in I-797. I also have a similar case like you, so i wanted to analyze.

          Regards.
