h4 extension / visa problem

Hi

I recently got a H1 extension until Nov 2009 .
My wife's H4 expires on Feb 2009 because my earlier H1 expires then.
My wife was not in USA when I got the latest H1B so ,
we couldnt appy for her extension .
She is planning to comeback in Jan 2009
Please advice what we need to do so that she can stay here
till Nov 2009

Go for H4 stamping again as before.

1. She can enter with you newly approved I797 at POE and the CBP officer should give the I-94 based on the expiration date of the new petition but not the visa.
or
2. Go for new stamping based on newly approved I797.
or
3. Once inside US, if the expiry date of I-94 is Feb, apply for an extension on form I539.

These are the choices.
