  • Greencard filing question

    Hi

I have one more year to go for my 6 year period of H1B to expire and I havent filed for Greencard yet , but I am doing it in a few days to come .
Please let me know if I still have a chance to reach a stage where H1 B extensions are possible while the GC processing continues .
Is it true that I 140 should be approved ,before any body can apply for H1b extension .
    Is there a I 140 premium processing .

    Thanks !!

The first part of the process - labor - should be approved 1 year before the expiry of your 6 yrs period. Now you calculate and answer your own question to yourself.
