H4-H1-H4-H1 query Please help

Hi all,

I came to US on H4.I changed to H1(Expires on Sep 2011).
At present i am not on the project.I want to convert to H4.

After converting to H4,can I convert it to previous H1(in the same quota) again after getting the project.

My question is

1.Is it possible to convert to H1 on the same quota which I applied earlier?
2.Whether I have to apply in fresh H1 Quota to convert to H1?
