Already stamping done for H1B and now going for L1

Hello,

I have already valid H1Bvisa in mypassport , the company which has filed my petition has asked me to stay in india for some days .Meantime my existing company is sending me to USA on L1 visa. My question is whether my H1B stamping will be there or will it be cancled after going for L1 visa stamping at US consulate.

Depends. The VO could choose to do so as both are work visas, You got the H1b saying a job is awaiting you in US.
