Hi Guys,
I attened h1 b visa in dubai last year september, I got 221(g) , but normally have seen in forums and heard in india some color forms, but for me it is a simple white paper saying that , I am not fulfilling the requirements for the job in usa, so they are sending my case back to to uscis
and today when i was browsing the website, I found some new information in the website. If any one is having any clue about it, please let me know.
Now I am in india.
