H1 & H4 COS..Pls help
Hi Frenz,
I am on H4 and got apporved for H1 on Oct 2008. I didnt get H1 stamped on my passport yet. I didnt start working yet.Am I out of status now.? If I leave US and reenter at the port of entry with the my H4 stamp(which I already have), will I face any problem at the port of entry ? If I do this way, will I be on H4 unless and untill I apply for a COS for H1.Pls clarify this.
I checked the forum, but didnt get a satisfactory answer.
