H!B visa stamping canada consulate opinion

Hi

I am planning to go to Canada to get my visa stamped
, since my visa had expired 2 years ago , but I always had a valid I 94.

Can somebody suggest which consulate in Canada is best and which is not??
in terms of approval and turn around time .

You have to make that choice based on where you got your education and other factors. If you have a good job, visa stamping is not a problem in any consulate with proper employer credentials.
