Need Help on H1 B Renewal

Hi,
My H1 B got expired on Sept 2008. I got new H1 Petition and valid till Sept 2011.

1. With in How many months can I get stamped for the new petition?
2. If I goto India to get stampped what are the documents required?
3. What questions are expected at the renewal interview in consulate?

Please help me on this ASAP as I am planning to visit India in Jan.
