h1b complicated case
hi all
here is my back ground
in 2005 i come to usa , done masters n got degree certificate in 2007 may . i applied for h1b in 2007 but didnt get in quota , this year i applied in april 2008
i was working with client upto December 2007 . later on after i applied for h1b in 2008 and i come to india in april 2008. i got approval in june 2008. as far as paystub concern i don have pay stubs since last December 2007 . and more problem is occurring when my employer delaying sending me h1b document which is necessary for stamping,,,,currently i m doing certification course. i m stuck here in india,,, so wat is the next best step to get my h1b stamp ????
please kindly give me suggestions ,,,
