Help Needed

Hi,

I am Satya Vani, working in ZZZ.
I applied for H1B in March and it got approved in September.

Later on I got an Onsite oppertunity in my current company, so they applied L1B - Blanket for me.
I attended the personal interview on Nov 3rd and It got rejected.

I didn't attended H1B Visa Interview yet. I want to attend it now in December.
Now I have the question that

Will my H1B be cancelled when L1B got applied?i.e Status of H1 will get changed?.

Please help me in finding the Answer, now my US Employer says that 99% it will be cancelled. will it happens like that?......

Your employer is wrong. All you had was a H1b petition. Petition does NOT get canceled if you attend for another visa class.
