  • H1B I29 Denial Notice - Transfer to another employer

    Hi,

I had applied for H1 this year. Though i got selected in the Lottery,
my employer received a denial notice down the line.
When i spoke to my employer, he informed me that some document
submitted by the company led to the denial and it has got nothing
    to do with my candidature.

Though i haven't asked my employer. Since there is no error on my part,
and that i have got selected in the lottery, Is it possible for some
other employer to take up my petition and process my H1B ?

Kindly excuse me if my question is naive.
But im just trying to understand if i have got the option
    in question.

    Senior members kindly help.

    Thanks in Advance.

No. Unless you have an approved petition, the cap count number does not belong to you.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.
