Urgent Help Needed
My hausband's visa & I-94 will expire on july 23rd '09. He is in H1b Visa. He has one more year left to complete 6 year period. We have to apply for Visa & I-94 extension in June/July 09. Now a days Visa renewing is also not easy. It is rejected a lot.
I am pregnant. My due date is 14th july'09. If my husband's visa & I-94 will cancel then do we have to leave US on very next day? Or in this situation can we get extra 2-3 month extention?
Is there any special law that would consider my pregnancy and allow both me & my husband to stay few extra months without becoming out of status? If yes what we have to do?
Or Do I have to go to India before my due date?
