Visa re-stamping required or not?

Hi ,

I have H1-B visa valid till 1st Oct 2009 from Company 'A'. I changed to company B. The 1-797 petition from B is valid till 2011.
I am planing for India trip in December. Do I need to go for re stamping even though H1-visa is valid till Oct 2009??

Can anyone please help me and let me know about the documents required.

You don't need another stamping ...

... for this trip.
