H1 withdrawl

Hello,

My H1 is pending and if I request for withdrawl of my H1, here are my questions:

a) In future, if i want to work on H1, do I have to file is again ?

b) Can the withdrawl of H1 have any impact on the current visa (L1) status that I'm working on ?

c) What's the procedure to withdraw the H1 application ?

d) Will the withdrwal have any impact, if I want to again file for H1 in future ?

a. Yes
b. If the H1b was a COS and it gets approved before they act on revoke/withdrawal request, then you lose L1 as well as H1 and become illegal.
c. Employer write a letter with the details.

Mine was L1 to H1 COS but due to leap frog the COS is void.
Will it still be a problem of illegal work ?
