H1 premium processing - security check

Hi,
My current H1 expires on April 2009, i applied for H1 premium processing..its over 1 month it dint get approved, theres a security check on my status, Can anyone tell me how much is minimum / maximum time it takes for this check..anybody who experienced this kind of situation..please help.
