H1 Transfer with a gap of 2 to 3 months

Hi,

I need information regarding my H1 transfer.
I worked on OPT and my H1 got approved and I have two paystubs on H1.
Now my project is completed and I am going to get it stamped.
Hopefully I have a client who is ready to sponsor me H1(for fulltime) however it would be after 3 months. So within these 3 months I want to go to India and my paystubs wont be processed.
Is it possible for the client to transfer my H1 without the paystubs being processed in these three months.

Read the FAQs. Pay stubs represent valid status in US. If you are out of US and then a H1b is filed, no pay stubs are needed.
