Hi All,
My I-140 has been approved and I just went for my biometrics last month under EB-2 category. My H1 expires on 30th of december 2008 and I am in the sixth year . I was wondering if I can apply for renewal myself rather than go through an attorney.
Is that a good idea? What all forms/documents do I need.
