H1 Question

Hello all, I have one question for my brother..He has done 3 years Hotel Management course. He is working in Mumbai(India) with one very well reputed Five star hotel since 2 years. Now He is planning to come to U.S. and work over here.....Now my questions are..

1. He has done only 3 years of degree course. I heard from somewhere that for applying H1B visa you required to have degree of minimum 4 years or more.Is that true?

2. What are options for him to come here and work in U.S.?

You need ...

... an employer who's ready to sponsor you. Then you can have educational evaluation done against the experience which can be used in some case to offset any education you may not have.

It depends on your prospective employer and their attorney.
