Hi All
I am currently working as a consultant, the client I am working for has offered me a full time opportunity, what all documents do I need to collect from my current employer, I may join my client place after 3 months, I want to collect all my documents.

If you are asking what is required from your current employer to transfer the H1 to your new employer, you need the proof of prior approval (a copy of I 797 )
