I was just wondering, how do people come to know whether their application was processed under premium processing.
One of my friend's i797 was picked on 20th April 2008 and approval notice sent on 26th. I asked him was it a premium processing, but he was not aware of it. The i797 there was nothing called premium processing or some thing.
I really doubt if USCIS do such a fast processing for non premium, as far as i know only those guys who were in PP got approval before April 30.
Anyways, doesnt make much difference, since he is still in India,
and employer has not even sent him the docs for the visa stamping other than i797. But I was very curious to know about this case...
