  • 221(g) Blue form

    Hi All,

VO: Asked me to drop the documents in the VFS office.

I have all the document. Please guide me wht to do now.
She has rolled out the Passport (means not to drop the passport)

    1. Why not to drop Passport.
    2. How many days it takes for processing.
    3. In Chennai consulate is it very common

    Thanks

For most of the cases, the turn around time is just two weeks. Drop the documents as suggested using the VFS drop box service. If everything is genuine, you will be asked to send your passport for stamping immediately.

    Good luck!

Did you go to India from US on H1B and now want to get your visa stamped or are you trying to come to US from India for the first time on H1B ?

I am in the same boat...I am on my H1B in US since past 4 years and I am coming to India for H1B stamping. But my employer has denied my request for these documents saying that is confidential information. How do I get them to give me these documents ?
