H1 interview.. decision delayed

Recently I had H1 interview with Islamabad embassy. It went well but visa officer was more concious about the company. He gave me a checklist that I should get this information from my company and submit it back. The information he needs is photographs of the company, justification of my job, list of other employees for whom the company has already sponsored H1, list of clients with references and other such information. He told me that the decision will be taken based oon this information. Anyhow he has kept my original educational degrees to get these verified from Higher Education Commission. I am now quite concious about the situation, is there anything to be worried about or this is normal query after which my visa will be approved.

Nothing to be worried about unless there is some fraud going on. They are just checking if your company is fraud and if your own degrees are fraud.
