Hi,
I am on H1 and in US for the past 3 months, My wife got her H4 stamped and she is in India right now. My wife is currently working in inidia and her employer is willing to a L1B visa.
My question is,
1>If she goes for L1b visa will her H4 get cancelled when her L1B is approved.?
2> If the answer of the above question is "Yes" then after coming to US and if she want to resign the job then does she want to leave the country for getting H4 stampeed? also Can we go to mexico or canada to get the H4 stamping or she needs to go to inida since her L1 is getting cancelled?
( My H1 is valid till 2010 + extn)
