H1 Rfe :(

Hello,

The employer got an RFE on my H1 that requires him to produce more information on the projects that I'll be working for. He has to respond to the RFE by Dec 29.
Could you tell me what will happen if the employer fails to respond to the RFE?

Also, if he responds by when will the H1 get approved ?

Just a background. The H1 consultant applied with COS. I did leap frog to stay in L1. I'm in L1A now. So will it impact my L1A in any way ?

Reply to RFE - Possible approval.

In either case, you remian on L1 due to leapfrog.
