can i enter into USA again

My visa expiry date is Aug 2009.

i was enter into usa on Jan 2008. till now i did not get any job so that i dont have any pay strubs and i can not file my w2 also. so, now i would like to go back to india and again come to usa by June/july.

my questions are 1) the POE guys allow me to enter on or before july 2009?
2) will the POE guys ask my previous paysturbs and my w2 form to allow me into USA again?

You have been out of status for almost a year. The H1b employer is REQUIRED to pay you as they have a job for you irrespective of your project. Complain to DOL on a WH4 form. You should not be allowed to enter as you and your employer are illegally involved in a scheme to defraud the US government and the H1b system.
