  • Urgent Help!!!!

    Hi,
I am filing for H1B extension after completing six years. I-140 is approved and I-485 has been pending for 90 days.
Who do I make the $320 + $1000 checks payable to? Is it department of homeland security or USCIS?
Please help. I have only four days left for expiration.
    Thanks

DHS. You cannot file, employer has to file.

I am not a lawyer and you need to consult with one to validate any info posted on the forum and discuss your case specifics. H1b Question? Read the FAQ first.

Thanks for the quick response. The employer is filing. I wasn't sure who to make the checks payable to. I thought it it was USCIS.

Your employer should know better. Every form has who the check should be drawn in favor of.
