Dear gurus,
I got my H1B filed through employer A .
He has not sent me project details or client letter , without which
the chances of me clearing the visa interview is less .
1) Is it possible that i can transfer my case to an employer B
2) If its possible, do i need the consent of employer A
3) What is the validity of my H1 petition .(Do i have to take the visa interview
in an year )
