hi!
I was on h4 and my husband was on h1 visa.
after that he lost job and we applied for B2 change of status I539 for both of us.
and after that he got job and applied for h1/h4 for us.
meanwhile my b2 get rejected and I recieved a 30 day notice. so I left US.
now I am in india and our h1/h4 is approved.
I am planning to return ti US and going for stamping my h4.
so in DS 156 q no 31. has your visa ever rejected? when? where?
what shouid I write?
is denial of change of status from h4 to B2 is considered as visa rejaction?
please answew quickly I will appricieat your help.

---- No, this is not a rejection of any visa. It is only a non-approval of a change of status petition from H4 to B2 within the US. Thus in the DS-156 form you can safely say NO to "Has your visa been rejected"
