H1B - LCA says Programmer Analyst but PO says QA Tester

Hi, My H1B LCA Role is Programmer Analyst but the Purchase Order we have shows my role as 'QA Tester'. My understanding is that we should not deviate from the role specified in LCA.

The questions are:
1. DS-156, 157, Letter from Employer and Resume, should they stick to 'Programmer Analyst' to match to LCA role. Can we show as 'QA Analyst'?
2. If we show the Purchase Order having 'QA Tester' as role, will it be positive/negative for the visa stamping?

Why do you care about the purchase order? That is between the company and client. If you indeed work as a QA Analyst, your employer needs to amend the H1b.
