    I-94 problem

    I have L1 visa, valid upto may 30 2009 and i got I-94 upto July 25 2010.
    which one i should take as my last day to stay in US

    when shall i go for visa extension.

    please le me know about it.

    I-94 date is the last day you are allowed to stay in the US.
    You should go for a visa application only when you need to travel outside the US and re-enter.

      Depends. It is not clear if the I-94 was obtained by means of an extension or erroneously issued by a POE officer.
