H1B stamping

Dear All,
This query is on behalf of my wife. She got her H1b visa stamped for X employer while she was leaving form india. After going there she has changed her employer to Y. Now she is coming to india and is it necessary for her to go for stamping in India?

If she has a visa stamp from employer X which is not expired then she can enter US with old stamp and approved petition of employer Y.
