Hello,
I came to USA in Jan 2005 with Company A. I have applied for H1 transfer with company B in Aug 07 and they have filed it on regular processing. My case with company B is still pending stating investigation in process . I am currently working with company B and my H1 with company A has expired in Oct 08. I know that I can stay here for another 8 months until some decision has made on my pending case.
So, now can I file H1 transfer with company C on premium processing? Also, please advise are there any other better ways to overcome with this sitution. Also, can you please tell what is this 'out of status' mean? Have you come across with this kind of sitution with anyone.
I did go through the FAQ section and some of the posts...but did not find any solution.
