H1 Case Received and Pending-can file again?

Hi,

I filed H1 through one of indian consultancy, a partner of Indian original US consultancy. Till date status is case received and pending. In such case can I file H1 in 2009 again with some other firm ? if yes how should I go about that?

this year is bad for anyone going through desi consulting company. unless you have full time offer with some reputed company (0% probability), you are better at home turf then in the USA.
