Hi Experts,
I sent my documents for H1 transfer in Nov and at that time i was single. So i marked accordingly.
later in december i got married and brought my Wife to US on H4.
Based on the documents i sent in nov my new employer filed for my H1 transfer in Jan and i got the approval for transfer.
Now my transfer was filed as single where as i have my wife here on H4 . How do i handle this situation now ?
