Hi,
I currently work for a company A and i got my approved H1 extension notice recently for the company A, right now i am planning to join company B so i applied a H1 transfer for the same & now the transfer process is in pending. Also my visa & I-94 has already expired, my question is "suppose if i am going on a vacation to India, can i get my visa stamped by using company's A petition (as the transfer status is "pending" with company B) will i be questioned in the embassy about this transfer process. Can some one clarify this situation as i am really worried about this ??
