Getting stamped / Not getting Stamped - what is advisable?

Hi,

I have my previous employer's valid VISA till Dec'09 and current employers approved papers. I am in US now.

If I go to India, what is advisable? Getting stamped / Not getting stamped.

If I am not going for stamping, would they ask "why you didn't go for stamping?" (in Airport Immigration after returning here).

Your choice. No one will ask that question as it is perfectly legal to not get a visa stamped if it is valid.
