If a company A files my H1b application and I get the visa, but I fail to join the company due to some reason(may be a bond with the current employer), can the company A take any legal action on me??

Employer cannot deny a I797 neither can they deny entry. Only USCIS can do the former and CBP can do the latter.Originally posted by OMMEmployer....
