RFE, visisting India, Help required imm

Hi Group,

Thanks in advance for your valuable suggestions

I was working for company A and they issued the H1B (stamping in
chennai) visa to him in 2008. Then I transferred H1B to another
company B. I worked for that company for about 4 months and then I
transfered my H1B to another company C. My H1B transfer for company C
is still pending (RFE) and I have to visit India ASAP.

There are few doubts I wanted to ask :

1, My H1B transfer was filled in Sep08 by the company C and it has not
yet approved (RFE)....., How much time it takes after providing RFE documents? Can we do premium processing for RFE?

2, My H1B visa stamp has the Company A but I am
working for company C..., Can I travel to US with Company A H1 papers???

3, I have H1 papers from company B, can I travel with those documents
or do the immigration officers only ask for company C H1 transfer
papers which are still pending?

4.If C company H1 transfer denies,can go to back to either B or A company?How many days I can be with A or B company with out job?


5.Is it okay to send company B's or A's H1 docs for H4 stamping?

A reply will be greatly appreciated, as it will releve my tension and my family tension.
