    H1 to H4 Stamping

    Hi All,

    My wife is going to attend the Visa Stamping for H1B in india this month. Her H1B got approved in OCT 2008 before her H4 expired. I have a valid H1B.

    My question is if the H1B gets denied for my wife in India can she go for H4 stamping again...

    The question is has she been working since Oct 2008 if it was a COS?

      Yes, thats true she has been working from OCT 2008 and it is a COS

        There is no reason to be worried then. She can return on a H1b or a H4.
