Travelling with old H4

Hi,

I am working on H1B with employer A. My Wife got H4 stamped from Chennai with Current I797. Before she travels I applied H1B Transfer to employer to B with premium. Can my Wife travel using her old H4 either now or once my H1b transfer completed? Or she needs to attend H4 stamping again?

She can use her old visa to enter US if it is NOT expired.
