Advice regarding dependent visa

Hi,

I am currently on OPT. My wife had earlier applied for tourist visa which got rejected. Now, I need advice regarding my next course of action.

1) should I apply for F2 visa sometime again?
2) Wait till october and apply for H4?

My problem is, if i apply for F2 now, and it gets rejected, it would mean 2 visa rejections. And she then might have problems with H4? Is there any other way, I can get her into US within October?

I have heard about premium H1B processing? Does that help?

---- You have yet to apply for H1, go through the lottery and get it approved. Even if it is premium processing it will middle of may by the time you receive your approval notice

---- Rejection of F2 or not is not known to you. It is not dependent on any earlier rejections of any type d of visa

---- You can wait to apply for H4 only after H1 is approved
