hi i am on h1b visa and my wife is h4. but i am on bench for 1 year and my visa going to expire soon but recentlly we had baby so what we have to do?
how i can extain my visa or what to do?

can i stay here and work? or i have to go back?
my wife can stay here with baby ?
or we can go back with our child?

-- your baby is only USA citizen when she born means at the birth, but parents are not get any benefits from baby birth. your status is H1B and your wife is H4 thats it. if its expired you have to leave the USA.
