L1 to H1 B COS..Urgent Help needed Please

Hi Txh1b,
Currently i am working on L1-B in USA and I have a H1-B which was approved Last year.I stayed back on L1-B status by doing a leap frog.

Now my current project on L1-B is uncertain and may be over in a month or so.So i wanted to convert from L1-B to H1 quickly so that i can stay in USA only on H1.

1)Is there any premium processing for Applying L1 to H1 COS.So that it can be approved in 15 days.
2) I heard that if i apply for L1 to H1 COS along with Change of employer.I can do a premium process
3)Are there any other options for me to convert L1 to H1 fastly and how long will each of them take?

Please reply to this asap as i need to take a decison soon.

3. Get a visa stamp and enter on H1b. You need to be paid from day 1 of H1b by your employer.
