Apologies, if this was already answered, I tried searching, however could not find it. Here is my question:
I got my H1 approved recently, however I was on bench since the last 3 months. I'm currently on the minimum wage program of my employer who pays me the bench salary as promised.
Keeping in mind the present job market, I was planning to go to school to do my Masters here in the US. Is it possible for me to go on an F1 Visa and when I complete my Course, get back on the existing H1 Visa without going through the entire process of applying for it again?
