i joined a software company last year jan 2008 ,but i filled for h1b in april 2008 as a fresher showing my resume as if i dont have a job experience.but i dint get selected in random selection itself.and this year am applying for h1b this april with my real work experience from jan 2008..will there be any problem in my h1b since i have included my job experience this time and not the previous one..

Why? If you really worked, why is it hard to prove that you did?

thanks for ur reply.
its pretty easy to prove.i have my offer letter and my pay stubs.
but the very moment when they see my previous apllication will they reject me or will it create a bad impression on me...
